This one was true back in the old day when Mac users had to press the “option”key in conjunction with a click to produce a right click and bring up the contextual pop up menu.
However, the latest Apple muse called a “Mighty “Mouse” may look like a one button mouse but it has sensitivity on both sides to detect when a user wants to make a right of left click. The Mighty Mouse also has a track ball instead of a scroll wheel, which makes moving side to side on a page much easier and has 360 degree scroll that just is really cool.
If you already have a mouse that you like, just plug it into your Mac; any USB mouse will work.
