PDF Postcard Email Multiple Files with Only One Attachment

The PDF Postcard solves the irritating problem of sending multiple files by email.  Nobody wants to deal with ten attachments to an email, with the Postcard as a convenient container for all your files you just have to send one.  It also supports a the full range of Acrobat commenting tools so it is fully customizable and helps you collaborate as well. All you need is the Free Adobe Reader to make it work.  

As a freelanced lawyer, I often work with remote clients, the Postcard is one way deliver everything all once and organized. The PDF Postcard resolves the problem by making use of the fact that PDFs support file attachments.  I am sure you will find it handy.

 This file works with of the free Reader application but you must have the new version, Reader 9.  Click the icon to get the new Reader.

With Acrobat you can make attachments to any PDF. To me, Abode has blurred the line between folders and file. You can use a single PDF like a folder with attachments and with Packages and Portfolios to can include entire folders inside.

And these attachments and additions can be in essentially any format, thus a Portfolio is almost exactly like a folder yet to a computer it is a single file.

Acrobat really is an incredible piece of software and the PDF Postcard concept can be used for any number of things.
